EDL 585: Lesson 10 Leadership Strand

In lessons 7-9, you and your classmates read and critiqued articles from the teacher leadership field. This week, we continue our focus on the Teacher Leadership literature but read a qualitative research study from the field.

The Article

Use the handout from the UIS Center for Teaching and Learning for tips on critiquing a journal article. I understand that you will be able to offer a more informed critique after you have taken a research methods class. However, I want you to give this your best effort. As research articles go, this one is not complex. I know you'll do just fine.

Post your critique of the shared reading by Wednesday and return to the Discussion Board later in the week to respond to your classmates. See the Overview and Assignments page for more details.
