Assignment 1: Your Vision Statement"A vision without a task is a dream - a task without a vision is drudgery - but a task with vision can change the world." -- Black Elk Use the resources and strategies in the lesson readings to write your personal vision statement and share it with your classmates. You will be attaching an HTML file to your discussion posting and submitting a PDF file to your professor. Response: Due end of lesson In your discussion posting for this lesson, please share a reflection of your statement with your classmates. In your reflection, you might talk about creating your vision statement, the resources you found most helpful or most insightful, the challenges you faced with the task, or goals you have set for yourself as a result of completing this exercise. You should attach an HTML file to your posting so your classmates can see your vision statement. Also, please upload a PDF file to the Assignments section of Blackboard for your professor. Remember the file naming tips you learned in the last lesson. Appropriate file names include Lastname_vision.pdf for the PDF file and Lastname_vision.htm for the HTML file. Caution! Many Word for Windows users accidentally use .mht instead of .htm for the file extension. That doesn't work the way it should. Replies to Classmates: None requiredThere are no required replies to your classmates this week. However, please review postings from your peers and comment as you think appropriate. Grading10 points for writing your vision statement and posting it to the discussion board 5 points additional for converting to HTML and attaching to your discussion posting 5 points for converting to PDF and submitting to your professor using the Assignments uploader |
